Our house have been new built three years ago and is provided slightly above Neustift (about 20 minutes by feet or 3 - 4 minutes by car) with wonderful views over Neustift and the Stubaital (valley)

The nearest ski-region you can reach by car in about 3-4 minutes („Elfer Lift“; http://www.elfer.at) - or you shoulder your skis and reach the valley station of the Elfer Lift in about 10 minutes.
